kf999 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kf999 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). "Platform" refers to kf999's website, mobile version, and related services.

"Account" refers to your registered personal profile through which you log in to kf999 and use its services. "Bet" refers to participation with money in any game or sports event.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and the deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. kf999 reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided.

• Providing your correct full name and date of birth is mandatory.
• An active mobile number and email address must be provided.
• A national identity card or passport may be required for identity verification.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account, whether authorised or not.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at kf999 is ৳100 (per method). The following payment methods are supported:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

kf999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the account balance may be frozen for investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on kf999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not available.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once; claiming bonuses by repeatedly registering will be treated as fraud.
• kf999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings from bonus play will be withdrawable once wagering is complete.

kf999 has four VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and engagement on the platform. kf999 may change the detailed rules of VIP benefits at any time.

7.1 General Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. kf999 reserves the right to cancel bets that were unintentionally accepted due to a technical error.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated methods.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Betting against yourself or attempting to influence outcomes.

If these rules are violated, the account may be permanently closed, the deposited balance forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

The kf999 website, logo, brand name, graphics, software, content, and all proprietary materials are the exclusive property of kf999. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
